Averitt's Houston Service Center is built for volume. The 250,000 sq ft facility moves freight around the clock through 59 dock doors, with 80 trailer parking spaces and multi-tenant operations running under 24/7 security.
A facility at this pace needs a janitorial partner who works on a fixed schedule, stays out of the way of active freight, and keeps both the warehouse and the front-office areas to the same standard. Missed visits or inconsistent service, create problems that surface fast in a distribution environment.
Approach
M&R built the service schedule around Averitt's operations. Mondays and Fridays, twice a week, with each session running roughly six hours.
That cadence covers the recurring needs without interrupting freight flow. Office areas, warehouse floors, and shared spaces get attention on every visit. High-traffic flooring receives an annual deep treatment, stripping and waxing, to keep surfaces protected through year-round use.
